How Do I Make An Appointment?

Call between the hours 9am to 5pm M-F (405) 712-5080 to schedule an appointment. We also accept walk-ins. If time constraints do not allow (after hours or on the weekends), email us at and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please do not attempt to contact on facebook for an appointment. It is always best to go through our office staff during business hours.

When Will I Know About My Lab or Test Results?

We will notify you of any abnormal lab or test results via phone call, within 24 hours of having those results available to our clinic, if those abnormals warrant a change in your plan of care or need for further intervention. Normal labs can be discussed at the next appointment if there are any further questions.

What Insurance Do You Accept?

We accept SoonerCare, Aetna/First Health/Coventry, Blue Cross, Choice Care PPO/Humana, Medicare, OHCA Medicaid, HealthChoice, Railroad Medicare, Healthcare Highways, Tricare East Humana, CIGNA, United Healthcare. If you didn’t see your insurance on the list, we are more than happy to work with you and create the best health care plan.

What Payment Types do you Accept?

All Major Credit Cards, Cash and Checks.

Monday-Friday 8Am-5PM - Open during lunch hours and open for walk-in appointments. Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
